On 11 November 2025, we held our first ever in-person members' convention.
For the first time since Agenda Alliance's inception ten years ago in 2015, we convened our 130-member strong alliance in the Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, where Agenda Alliance was originally formed. Back in 2024, we surveyed our membership on what they want from our alliance, and what consistently came up was the desire for more opportunities to come together as a collective. This was what the day was all about: bringing together our varied, experienced and passionate alliance to co-produce our way forward for the next ten years to shape how we tackle the most pronounced unmet needs facing women and girls today.
We started the day with two interactive workshops where we worked alongside our members to deliberate on power and resource sharing, coalition-building, breaking down silos, and harnessing our shared skills, commitment, and passions. Our intention was to foster a sense of collaboration across sectors, focusing on each others strengths and expertise to understand how we build a powerful and inclusive feminist movement to challenge the unmet needs faced by women and girls. We then were joined by an absolute powerhouse of a panel discussing how we influence as an alliance, featuring (pictured from L-R) Anne Fox, Lady Phyll, Polly Neate CBE, Rebecca Gill and Kate Green, expertly chaired by Baroness Lola Young, who has been with Agenda Alliance since its inception in the very same venue we sat in on the day.

We're delighted to share Agenda Alliance's impact report, detailing how we've pushed the overlooked and underrepresented needs of women and girls onto the political agenda since our formation.
