Building on a decade of experience in the women and girls' sector, Maggie drives change through policy grounded in practice and brings experience of both frontline services and the design and delivery of successful influencing strategies to her role at Agenda Alliance. She is committed to ensuring that women and girls with multiple, unmet needs are prioritised by those in power and developing policy solutions shaped by lived experience and frontline expertise.
Maggie previously worked at Agenda Alliance from 2020 to 2022 where she led the first iteration of Agenda's work with a focus on girls and young women. Maggie has also previously worked for Principle, a policy and public affairs consultancy, and Advance, a national charity supporting women and girls experiencing domestic abuse and in contact with the criminal justice system, as well as spending time living and working in the US. She has a Master's degree in Gender Studies from SOAS.
