Krystal has over a decade’s experience in the charity sector both in the UK and abroad, specialising in high-net-worth-individuals and corporate engagement. Prior to joining Agenda Alliance, Krystal worked for various small and medium charities and NGOs in the international development space.
Her ability to maintain, build and grow donor/stakeholder relationships both regionally and internationally has contributed to her success. She has also used her voice to advocate for people of colour within the sector, through the Antiracism Initiative she set up with two former colleagues. Krystal also currently serves as interim chair at a small women and birthing people charity.
