Jess has worked in policy, research and co-production in the voluntary sector for over fifteen years, with a focus on women and girls, and social justice.
Before joining Agenda Alliance, she held a variety of research and policy roles with organisations including Plan International UK, the Howard League and the Young Women's Trust.
She is a Trustee for Clean Break, having previously sat on the board of Women's Breakout and Clinks. She has a Masters in Gender from the LSE, is a Griffins Society Fellow and volunteers with Opening Doors London.
